For the peep who is getting the PS3 version... the 360 version allows you to play your own bangin choons while driving. The PS3 version comes with Avril Lavine and some of the old Burnout tracks.

Now, you either have no taste, no ears, or no brain, or you'll reconsider your purchase now you know this.

I'd rather suffer Avril than buy an xbox360....tbh i've ended up turning the music down just having the sfx and voip and sometimes pumping out the music from my own system. As for stunt runs yeah you can do things the 'normal' way or as been mentioned before or get a SPEED car that can drift in quite a small circle, like the Carson Fastback Special, active the stunt run near the wildcats stadium, head into the stadium, get the car going in a nice drift, and keep it going, although the timer for the event will run out, as long as you keep the chain going you can still rack up points, you'll need to get up to about a 45x burnout chain or 46x chain for the 1,000,000 in stunt event, so obviously you'll pick up the 20x one along the way

Firstly the bloke said he played the demo on the 360 and PS3, meaning he probably has both, and therefore wouldnt need to buy a 360 just for this game. Secondly, considering you were prepared to buy a PS3, with its lack of decent games and inferior online service, I see no reason why you'd have any aversion to buying a 360.

If you are happy with your PS3, then great, but don't try to pretend the 360 is inferior. Its the clear market leader for HD gaming at the moment, and you'd have to be insane, deluded or Welsh to disagree.

On the braging / pointless point scoring stuff, I'd shut up at least until MGS4 comes out.

In the 90s did you used to say I'd rather listen to Gina G than buy a SNES, then go play on your MegaDrive?

The best track is Paradise City, that plays on the title screen. After that it has to be in-game music off, or custom tracks.

Stunt cars are good for stunts, and have standard boost, that you can use whenever you want. Usually the best cars.

Speed cars have a boost that can only be used when full, but have things called burnouts, where the boost refills when its empty if you booost all the time. Fastest in a straight line but not very practical.

Aggression cars are takedown machines, tough, but not as fast.

So all in all there is enough difference between them to keep things fresh.
Thanks mate, picked it up yesterday and am thoroughly enjoying it. And the cars do feel a little different this time

lol i was saying that last night too, the ones close to the wildcat stadium are easy enough, just speed car and drift for 20 minutes but others are a pain when you only know so much of the city
