    Tesco do them, Sainsbury's do them, M&S do them (have done for years)

    Didn't know M&S do them, but i don't shop there that much.

    Well it can only be a good thing, since the status quo can't go on. It will make people think twice about just overdoing it with the amount of bags they take. I think it's a matter of time before the others follow suit.
