I certainly feel sorry for RepairLine, but I hope that their statement isn't going to land them in the firing line of any mesh lawyers. Having worked for a start up and knowing how crap the situation can be when money disappears and a company goes belly up its a nightmare situation for all involved.
The home PC market has always been a dangerous and littered environment for companies who come and go, its very hard to take on the likes of dell and compete on price. Margins are tiny and when you find this profitability must be hard to come by (such as Petrol stations, how many litres to turn a profit!!!)

I have one year of mesh onsite warranty left with repair line so this is not good news. Mesh should sort it out.
If what RepairLine has written proves to be true, then Kudos and well done to them - it appears (still willing to wait for evidence) that Mesh have either been pulling a fast one, or at best fallen foul of limited communication methods.
This, to me, sounds like a death knell to Mesh.

Very poor. I'm quite disappointed, but given what just happened to Evesham, i won't be surprised if Mesh goes under...
Being a customer of mesh and a victim of repairline who has my PC and is refusing to give it to mesh or myself, the above seems like sour grapes because mesh suspended dealing with them because of their shoddy work. Mesh posted a statement on their owners club stating thay had suspended working with repairline i can only hope it was because of there shoddy work. To make matters worse repairline phoned me offered to sell me a warranty.
GIVE ME BACK MY PC REPAIRLINE YOU CROOKS
I have dealt with Repairline twice and both times they were not too bad. The only problem was their engineers seemed extremely rushed and were not that professional when it came to fixing my pc. But since I know my around a pc I was able to keep an eye on what they were doing.
However on the Mesh forums I have read some horror stories regarding their engineers and their mistakes. This could well be sour grapes, but we need a reply from mesh to clear things up.

I feel I should respond to the above as a representative of Repair Line. Firstly I wish to make it very clear Repair Line are not withholding any client PCs .
Mesh have been advised on several occasions they can collect the PC's as long as they attend with confirmation from the owner of the unit that they authorise Mesh to collect the computer.
This is the procedure suggested to us by our legal advisors to avoid any units going "missing" between RepairLine and Mesh computers.
Alternatively any client can collect their own PC as many already have, if you would like to contact us you could collect your PC today, please call us giving us around an hour notice so we can prepare the unit for collection and avoid any delays.
Repair-Line Ltd have been placed in a difficult position and had to take action by placing the Mesh account on Stop due to the actions of Mesh.
We apologise to any end user caught up in this terrible situation which was forced upon us.

oh dear, the name Paul Kinsler and Pk Media will ring alarm bells with any of the poor sods that worked at evesham....... PK got dumped and was a joke among most staff, he was alway throwing his toys out of the cot and a general embaresment....
Poor old mesh having PK at the helm....
FYI, please refer here for MESH Computers response in this matter.

So Dave how am i supposed to get my PC back, i drove 45 miles to your office and guess what?? it was closed and had a re-possesed order on it from Dec 2007. There are PC's in the building that look halfed repaired, according to the office next door you left in a hurry when the bailiffs turned up.
Also the landlord was there and he's looking for car hill for a lot of money he's not paid him. Now i want my PC back before that gets re-possesed to pay your bills.
I contacted trading standards and it seems mine is not the only PC you have, how many other people are you dragging into your problems.
Not wanting to get any of the above in trouble but one of them has also metioned that you have a winding up order against you, from a company called JPL and Medion is that true?
Anyway the point is GIVE ME BACK MY PC
Seems you may have visited the wrong company as we have been in our current building for the past 7 years, have never moved or had problems with any bailiffs and am sat here now posting this.
Please call our office on 0871 222 3961 and you can make arrangements to collect and confirm our address.
The same goes for any other clients wishing to collect, we may even be able to arrange for collection over the weekend as we have people working 7 days, however arrangements for this will need to be made on a weekday as stores are locked at weekends.
We will make all reasonable efforts where possible to aid clients affected by this situation.

Well according to companies house it is.
I have just had a call from mesh, Repairline called them and thay are now going to release the PC's to them. I have had to send an email to mesh agreeing to let mesh get my PC for me.
That leaves me with one thing stop PCSystemFx and PcBreakdown who appear to be all part of or linked to repair line calling me and trying to screw more money out of me for a warranty i would not pee on if it was on fire. Why do i smell a rat here, do repairline have a winding up order going against them? (you never answered) so your trying to scam money out of us customer under another name, i have to stop thinking about this cost its winding me up that compaines can get away with things like that.
Im getting my PC back thats all i want, well and to never have to deal with repairline or what ever you are calling yourself today.

whippet123, from the above posts and the missinformation you are spreading I can only assume you actually work for Mesh.
If you are indeed a client and we have your computer feel free to email me with your contact details on "dave@ repairline.co.uk" and I will call you to confirm you are infact a client.
Should it turn out you are and we have your computer I will drive the 45 miles with your computer and deliver it myself. A good result for you! Otherwise enough with the mole posts.
