    Re: Headlines - HANNSG launches low-cost 28in 1080p monitor

    okay it must just be me, but i cannot find any 26-32 in 1080P TV's for under £400. Anywhere, at all.

    yet they can produce a product with higher spec, for lower price because its aimed at different market?

    I am not insinuating that there isnt demand for higher res than 1080p, but most PC users would love the duality of the device that has best of breed for PC Mnitor and LCD TV in 1 single solution. it seems so obvious to me.

    i use a 26" 720p LCD TV for my PC, PS3 and as my TV. and it is great, however, the vertical is probably a bit low

    i would love to replace it with a 26 or 32" 1080p for more verticals as it would fit every use down to the ground, but so many manufacturers do a res which is ideal for PC work, but not native for any entertainment outputs, like PS3, BD etc. WHY?

    So again, the article title led me to believe that my quest could be over but the title is MISLEADING.

    Not at all;
    The monitor will display 1080p images at 100% quality. Is it really such a hardship to have a 60px bar top & bottom? and then when using a PC to have 120 extra pixels?
