Well as someone who's worked with multiple monitors, I think this monitor's great.

Solves the problem of having to get a new VGA card that supports multiple monitors for work computers.

But I honestly doubt anyone would use this for gaming unless 16:9 resolutions start being supported

My understanding is that most games (at least those released in the last few years) are not resolution specific. They will use any resolution that the graphics card and monitor support and will normally apply a "field of view" setting to make the game fit into that resolution. This would make the resolution no concern to gamers.

Yeah 16:9 isn't a problem for me, I've been playing games for a year now with no problems with resolutions/aspect ratio.

I have a 2343BW and love it, good solid monitor for the price, great for a desktop monitor for general work, plenty of room and doens't look bad for games/video either.
