im not trying to start a flame war or bash the xbox but the only game that i know of on the 360's most anticipated list is alan wake.. which i will just get for the pc
i was going to get a 360 again but it doesnt seem worth it just for fable 2 - which i hope will get a pc release anyway
Exactly, most games i used to play on 360 i just get and prefer on PC anyway tbh. Think anyone who has played LBP can testify its a quality innovative game, just have to remember there is so many new releases right now across all platforms, including lots of sequels to well establish games.

Of course it will. Unfortunately the fanboyz with mental ages in the low single numbers can't help themselves.

Anyways, I think it'll be a shame if LBP doesn't take off as it seems to be very original and originality is what we need in the current gaming market where sequels, sequels and yet more sequels are the way to go. Unfortunately Sony always, always, ALWAYS shoot themselves in the foot when it comes to dealing with user generated content/ copyright protection. There's having a firm hand and then there's using a nuclear weapon which Sony seems to prefer.

dont try and be clever gtech my comment was completely my opinion and incase you thought i was saying the ps3 is rubbish i wasnt. all i was saying was for me, the same games are available on a cheaper format which i already own with no real difference.

god, there are too many members on this forum that are quick to point the fanboy finger but will soon jump to the defence of their beloved console, its like going mad that i own a kettle that sits in a base and not one that has the chord plug into the back.

and as for your point, just because the 360 is a cheap piece of crap that cant handle being switched on for more than ten minutes doesnt mean i see a need for something else, though it would make sense

Re: News - Little Big Planet sales flop - a cause for concern for Sony?

The amount of e-peen flexing and arguing that goes on between PS3 and 360 fans is unbelievable, its the games that matter the most not the consoles you play them on. Provided you have fun playing the games you want on the console you own at the moment it doesn't matter really does it? You could have the greatest piece of hardware in the world sat under your T.V if the software wasn't there for it wouldn't be worth anything and from where I'm sitting there isn't a huge difference between the two back catalogue wise except for the a dozen or so console exclusive titles which makes choosing between the two nothing but a matter of taste in games.

I can't believe I just read this whole thread.
Instead of interesting discussion, its still a load of fanboy nonsense. I want my 2 minutes back.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-Little-...7635176&sr=8-1

    £27 at Amazon, bargain

I just hope that the sales are good enough to justify making more games like this one. A breath of fresh air and imo, one of the few games that truly deserve the praise that has been heaped upon it
