Dude. That's not a small HDD for a laptop. Sure they go up to 500 but the majority of people have smaller than 160GB, and I myself am running a 60GB (SSD) in mine.

WWDC was just a massive Windows 7 bash. Sounds like somebody is scared.
Can't see why they should be.....the same people keep buying Macs, over and over, and some of them even load Windows on them.

Apple must have a chuckle every time they see someone load Windows onto a Mac, probably more so then Microsoft do as they probably make more off of the hardware (and potentially reduced support calls) then Microsoft do off of the OS.

My take on it all is that Windows 7 is being talked about everywhere as the new messiah, to stand up and say "this is even better" just steals some of the hype that Microsoft has been very successfully manufacturing.

To be fair, it's on the back of a good product (or so it seems to me) - tin foil hat assumptions aside (although I would agree they've almost been Apple-esque). I can't recall a time when I'd be inclined to install a beta product on quite so many machines (outside of work) because it's erm, great really.

I think MS see sales of Windows as er.. sales of Windows - ker-ching! If Mac owners want to buy Windows MS will be only to pleased to oblidge.

As for Apple, they've told me nothing about why I should go with their product, just that MS' is somehow inferior (because they say so). Miss.
