Sure. But there's the cost of getting a dish, feeds into both the living room and the room with the server, and needing to replace my equipment. And woe is me, I'm poor
In that case I'd invest in a good oscilloscope and demodulate the data by eye.

Going off topic I know, but can you give a few short pointers. Can't look at my pc at the moment as work going on in the house. Is this a plug-in or in one of the menu's I've never looked in.The Media Centre in Winodws 7 has quite a few series for download online as well.
Caught a few of the mitchell and webb episodes that I had missed
& don't suppose it was that Mitchell & Webb Sound was it? I missed the first 4 of the 6 recent radio 4 episodes...
Its at the very top of the menu......there was an option to use a beta plugin IIRC.
They had the M&W Look and Peep Show (plus a ton of other shows)

will the pop up that says you need to retune be removed automaticly after retuning or will it go a few days after the event?
For me once retuned it hasnt come up once.
Re-tuned. All ok.

The points I am trying to make are
-British TV sucks
-GOOD TV shows should be available for download for £1/episode one week after it has been aired on TV.
Make it more like £0.50 and you have my attention. through in the ability to view that content on a phone, media player, laptop or desktop and I'll seriously think about it.
per series more likely and at the same time remove the unfair bbc tv licence tax
