Yep. At my place we have money allocated for a Windows Svr 2008 R2 and W7 Rollout next year.
Not a single Vista machine has been rolled out by us.

If I walk into PC World tomorrow morning and look to buy a PC (desktop/laptop/nettop). Will it come with Windows 7 or Vista?

I think you should think twice before buying a computer/laptop from PC world before worrying about what come on it.
