Without even getting into the sadness aspect which is well, obvious enough that'd it'd be way too easy: how can this not even have Bloodrayne in it when that was pretty much the invention of "breast physics"? heh. Actually had style and an actual character too unlike Bayonetta which is just a typical japanese game really.

Oh, or the main character from Giants Citizen Kabuto. The mermaid that the developers daringly actually made topless in-game ala the Copenhagen statue. Possibly the only example of female toplessness used in a matter-of-the-fact way in a game? Never exploited, just like: "This a mermaid, they don't wear much clothes. Sniggering over from the manchildren? Now get on with the game".

Or Kerrigan from StarCraft. Voice with it's own telephone line. (after goes bad)

Pretty poorly researched, I get the feeling the author has barely played any games but console ones, there's probably way more well-done female characters than I can think of from the top of my head - the only PC one I see in the whole article is from SiN which wasn't even that popular...

Tons of characters to choose from remember, but I was indulgent and choose my favourites. I could have spent all day on this, though I wish I would put Kerrigan in as I agree, she is sexy.

I don't think that the popularity of the game should matter in this topic. Bloodrayne's reviews were pretty mixed too. TBH though, the article can't be comprehensive without spanning two dozen pages (and it probably still won't please everyone given the subjectivity of the whole thing).

When you said Kerrigan I was picturing Ghost Kerrigan. Zerd Kerrigan has exponentially more badass attitude than her human form, I don't think she is 'sexier' than the SiN chick (and I am not that much of a fan of her, despite liking the game). At the risk of sounding racist (in it's purest sense), Zerd Kerrigan and Delphi are both too 'alien' for my tastes

That said, Morrigan of the Darkstalker series would have a spot on my list. And I would've had at least one representative from the Resident Evil series. Not sure who, Claire -might- be my fav, but Ada/Jill probably rank higher in sexy.

Yeah, push come to shove, Morrigan is my top pick, but the other two are really up there too

Taki is my favourite character in the SC series, but Shura in SC4 rank high in sexy in my book
