I wasn't gonna say anything write anything about this as 1) I'm not sure this is the right thread to say what I am about to and 2) me and TheAnimus have had disagreements in the past and it can sometimes end up sounding like 2 bald men fighting over a comb but........

Why he felt the need to be cosy with someone such as Hugo Chavez for example.......

All leaders end up being cosy with certain other leaders whose actions/policies/behaviour can be thought of as questionable. If you had a five minute interview with every leader in the world, you wouldn't discuss anything else going on that logic.

I think you are confusing being anti Israel and anti Zionist with anti Semitism. And if you're not, then what has brought you to that conclusion?

And I think that's the point some people are trying to make, as the interview seemed to have no technology related reference, all it was was an interview with a politician on subjects other than technology.

Unlike say the interview with Robert Llewellyn as he is a major tech head and showed it in the interview.

You could of just asked Ken about what he thinks of twitter and blogging as a political tool and how much of a roll the internet plays for a campaign, that would of then created a base point other than "Look there's Ken livingstone let's get an interview with him."

EDIT: I still think this is a scoop for Hexus, I personally don't think Hexus should be interviewing people just because they are well known to the general public.
