Chaps, spoken to Logitech PR and have a few answers to some of the questions you've put forward.

I can't seem to find out if it's IR or RF though - any clues?

We've confirmed that the 300i is definitely IR.

Anywhere got stock?

Zag2me, the remote should start to appear for pre-order in the coming days - if it hasn't already - but Logitech doesn't expect to start shipping the device until "the end of April".

It might be a stupid question but is there any way of finding out what (of the 225,000) devices it supports without either registering on MyHarmony or buying one?

Bandsaw, there's actually a useful section of the Logitech website that allows you to check if your devices are compatible with the remote. It doesn't require registration, and you can find it by clicking here.

Logitech has also been kind enough to add that HEXUS readers are more than welcome to put forward questions directly to the manufacturer through Twitter @LogitechUK.

Even if your remote is not in the database, you can programme your own remote into the Harmony. The software has a learning part. Not sure if the new online software will though.

This might be what i need, the cheap All4One jobbies never work well i find.
