The sad thing is, FailSpace started out by a few dudes camped out in their basement knocking together some web app code, and now they need $100m just to make some changes. It's funny how costs explode just because the organisation grows.
Typo:I'm really not surprised. It was always a horrible platform, with pages customised to death to the point where they were illegible - more of a vanity project than anything else. MySpace was more about exactly that - creating your own space. Socialising came a distant second.
