News - Apple sues Samsung for ‘copying’ mobile devices

If you agree that Apple needs to protect their IP, then what's the problem? Just because Samsung supply parts to Apple does not mean they can get away with ripping off their designs, does it?

How can you copyright/patent a look? It's a phone/tablet, there is only so much you can do with them...
My point is that the patent laws in the good old u.s. of a. stink, period. And Apple are just as bad, if not worse than the others for copying stuff, refining it a little and making it their own. However, they then think they can sue based on that Wish I was a patent lawyer....I'd sue everyone...

Well any company who thinks Apple have ripped off their design are equally entitled to sue them. Like I said, it works both ways!
