BTW all, don't know how effective it is, especially if you're with Sky, but if you want to access newzbin2 website, you could try installing the MafiaaFire plugin for your browser which does something like redirecting you to hidden constantly changing mirror sites with different IP addresses. Obviously, using this plugin is not illegal - downloading copyrighted material illegally is illegal!

We plan to maintain a list of URLs, and their duplicate sites (for example Demoniod.com and Demoniod.de) and painlessly redirect you to the correct site.

How it works:
- You install our add-on into your browser
- If ever Demoniod.com is seized by ICE or the upcoming COICA legislation it won’t matter.
- You simply type Demoniod.com into your browser as usual, the browser sends the address to the add-on, the add-on checks if Demoniod.com is on the list of sites to be redirected and immediately redirects you to the mirror site.
This happens in microseconds and completely transparent to you (the user).

The best thing about it is: Absolutely no need to remember or bookmark strange URLs (like http://sc3njt2i2j4fvqa3.tor2web.org) or IP addresses, you use your browser exactly like you did before.

While it's true that you need DNS to get to the sites, what people seem to have forgotten is that there is one common piece of software that EVERYONE uses to get to sites before reaching the DNS: a browser.

We control the redirection _before_ (and this is important) the browser tries to connect to the DNS server.
Whatever blocks, notices, threats, etc ICE or anyone else puts up at the DNS level is as worthless as the IFPI/RIAA/MPAA to mankind.

There's a case for both the arguments above. some tv series aren't made available quickly enough in a downloadable format. I don't have a tv license because I choose and pay for exactly what I want to watch, but in having to wait long periods of time for some series. The case in point being the walking dead, which as far as I know isn't available to rent as a download yet. On the other side of things, sky for example have caught up. I very much enjoyed watching game of thrones on sky player as ot was aired this year. I just wish things were this good for all shows.

I wanted to buy season 2 of breaking bad. guess what. only available as import in usa. Laughable when Season 4 just finished so its not as if Season 2 was done and dusted on live tv a few weeks ago.

I am sure alot of people would be willing to pay for downloadable TV programmes as long as they were released globally at the same time and weren't a complete rip off. Like itunes did for music, we need for TV shows - but not on itunes.
