Why don't Mozilla drop the pointless version number from the end?

And their revision control for plugins is just broken! Stop disabling plugins because it's not reporting that it works with the newest release. Hated having to edit a text file every time I upgraded, just so FF would load the plugin before the official update from the developer. I don't even remember a single time when it actually broke a plugin after the upgrade, be it major or minor.

@cppmonkey Try Add-On Compatibility Reporter Allows you to enable add-ons and mark add-ons as compatible, you can also report this to Mozilla too.
