I wonder how quickly cases come to the market for these?
I can see it being a perfect XBMC type device

Have been following this for some time and also getting a B model.
They've been trying to get them manufactured in the UK, and may do so with later batches (IIRC they want at least the A model made here for now), but they highlight an interesting point; to get the boards fully assembled in China and imported attracts no import tax, but importing the components would. They're hoping the gov't/customs to do a sanity check on it as it's just another thing discouraging domestic manufacturing of electronics. Have a read and add your name if you can.

Where's this going to be sold, initially just on their website ?
Yeah I think so.
I'll buy a B version just because I want to support the Foundation. I might find a use for it at some point or I'll just give it to a nephew to play with.
I'm very tempted to buy a B model to shove XBMC on it for streaming
Edit:
Just realised this could be perfect for the family at home, since I was looking at making a simple computer with XBMC so they would start using the projector more, since there would be no setup, just turn on and pick what they want to watch.
Looking forward to them becoming available
Am broke, no PC but need one. Here's the answer. Thank you electronics maniacs and Linux community! Oh and, probably inspired somewhat off Arduino success
Reminds me a lot of the Beagleboard, just a heck of a lot cheaper. Would be kicking myself if I'd picked one up a few months back!
I _really_ wish this had some form of slightly faster storage onboard. I'd love something like this as a firewall/proxy/bastion server. I'm not sure it would cope with a basic Linux kernel and iSCSI in 256MB of RAM.
I'm hoping they make a decent sized first batch!
an extra 129mb of ram for an extra 37.5% of the price? these fruit name computer companies are having a laugh!
