Have you used a Windows Phone and decided you don't like it or simply don't like it?

My Dad is convinced that Windows Phone is hideous and not stylish whatsoever - he refuses to see the benefit of live tiles and says his iPhone app icons give the same information.

Very good point - me, I get my arse down to the shops and try stuff for myself. I'm really impressed with it and i'm an Android user. MS did something very different and quite cool - this new incarnation of it may well make me look at my own choices when I next upgrade.

Be a good guess then that the new Nokia Lumia range won't see this update considering Windows 8 does seem to be very much geared towards multi core CPU's


Just found article about the Lumia range will receive some aspects of Windows 8, but not windows 8
