Switching from firefox to chrome was a doddle, things were easy to find and a lot of the shortcuts were very similar. Whenever i go on a computer that only has IE installed i still feel the hairs stand up on my neck. Its just awkward and frustrating to use, especially on a small screen.
They are all slows and unstable. This is inevitable, given the sort of garbage they are trying to support (Flash, bad HTML, bad javascript, etc.). I'm sure the Google guys thought to themselves "How hard can it be? It's just a browser!" but they have failed as badly as the others.
Have a citation for that?
Vulnerability is entertaining because IE is one of the better at Pwn2Own, whilst chrome is ace too.
But speed, it depends. In some benchmarks IE is faster, in others Chrome. From an end user point of view is there any real noticable difference? Probably not.
However I find that IE not having a simple click to flash block tool, whilst not having a full width URL bar drives me nuts.

This is actually a rather good read on the matter

Even if Internet Explorer sucks less now, I will be sticking with Opera and especially Firefox. They just give me more of what I want. Sucking less doesn't simply erase past deeds either.
You`ve got to admire their honesty tho`
