I know the article has picked up on this already, but a 41MP camera and no SD card support? Without doing the maths on the resulting JPEG size there, it seems like a bit of an oversight - perhaps they're really struggling to get much else in there?

so am I right in thinking this won't be a windows phone?
No, this is apparently going to be a windows phone. I am guessing they added a second bit of silicon for the image processing that is only used. In the 808 they used it as the main processor. Windows Phone has rather tight specifics, this wouldn't work with the last processor they used. Dealing with that kind of image data is rather intensive, and not well suited by a standard snapdragon.
It will be interesting to see how they accomplish the processing for this image. But I'm guessing it will be with dedicated (expensive, in power and cost) circuitry.
