I used this to help deal with my stuttering issues when playing Far Cry 3, and found the only way I could reduce the stuttering was to force the game to play at 30 frames per second and even then it still stuttered a bit but nowhere near as much as it did without it. Maybe I was doing something wrong, it seemed quite complicated to get it to work and I would much rather have games the work straight out of the box so to speak.
