4 days during the Sheffield floods
2 hours once. Long ago. Years later I have come to terms with the tragedy and just pray it never befalls us again.
A few days it happens every few months where I live but I still don't prepare for it as there isn't much you can really do anyway you just end up playing random games with the family or going out.
Well I've been camping for about 3 weeks, so I would guess 3 weeks
A few hours max when we had last power cut.
We even have elec hookup when we go camping. How else do I power the fridge and heaters and recharge the tech.
No, I am not prepared. I went for two weeks during Hurricane Fran. I do have a generator and I had a pool full of water, lol - But the generator would only keep about half the house (Need a bigger one). Most people set in their car and charged phones and etc. Lol
About a week. Happened after a huge storm. It was kinda fun not having electricity for a while. Prepared? Sure.
I actually can't remember any significant length of time (other than when camping). Think maybe a couple hours in the evening when I was a kid. I think there have been power outages at home when I've been at work (the telltale sign of the flashing clocks), but obviously I don't know how long for or anything.
I wouldn't say we're prepared exactly, but we have plenty of candles and board games.
I kinda like it when the power goes out though. It went off at work a while ago and it was so nice and quiet...... Until everything realised it had no power and started beeping lol.

About 10 hours. And I consider myself prepared in the sense that I have the means to prepare supernoodles without the use of electricity, and enough of the aforementioned noodles to survive until the end of time.
IMHO, Asda's instant noodles (but not the smartprice ones) taste a lot better than super noodles, and are cheaper.
3-1/2 months after hurricane Katrina. Worst time of my life.
6 days. took the Power company a long time to trace the fault line running through trees in a forest many had to be cleared to get to the remote area
