IBM Model M w/ buckling springs. When I first started using this keyboard for gaming my fingers hurt so bad because the keys require a lot more force to actuate than the rubber domes I was used to, but there is something about the feedback that just makes it better. The biggest drawback is the sound. It is very loud and feel bad playing games when my roomate is sleeping.

We had six Logitech diNovo keyboards, but the battery is a sealed 5-year unit and the model has now been discontinued. Currently migrating to Ducky Shine 2 & Ducky Shine 3 mechanical keyboards, MX Cherry Brown switches and O-rings on the 37 alpha keys. Mechanicals (like the old IBM PC keyboards) noit only can take a good pounding, but you're able to work faster with them. Spend time understanding the differences between MX Cherry types before you buy, though. The individual LED backlighting is a nice extra.

I got a codmw3 branded Logitech g150 for my crimbo last year and its an awesome keyboard for the price.

I used to use those basic keyboards you get and I am surprised by the difference between them.

logitech G19 and i love it had one sold it got a mech keyboard ended up selling that and getting another G19

I have a Razer Arctosa, whether it makes any difference to gaming is debatable.

I have a generic asda wired keyboard, it does the job but I'm hoping to get a mechanical keyboard once I have the money.

Currently rocking with the first Saitek Eclipse, but I'm eyeing up a Cherry MX red tenkeyless board, but that's low on the do-want list.

QPAD MK-85, cherry reds. Pricey, but awesome keyboard

Microsoft Sidewinder X6, like it a lot and the detachable num pad comes in handy for extra space. Looking forward to try a K70 or K95 at some point.

CM Storm Quickfire TK...Two Thumbs Up... CM Storm brand is one of the cheapest brand for mechanical keyboard apart from the china branding ones with good quality too..
