Don't see why everyone is so excited just looks like crysis mixed with lost planet both of which are pretty mediocre in my opinon.

This game looks like it's gonna be all sorts of epic.
I'm with you - it looks all a bit too Halo-esque frenetic for my near-pensioner's fingers to manage. So will probably leave it to you hip-hop gen youngsters instead. Where's me zimmer nurse?
Although the thought of CoD with mech's is pretty damn interesting. Sort of Pacific Rim Lite.
Only downside is that it's EA, so it'll probably be shackled with some daft Origin/Battlelog requirement.
I've got the Halo (3?) special edition with the master chief's helmet - you're welcome to make me an offer - to be honest SWMBO would just love to get it out of the loft. I'll even throw in the (XBox) disks etc that came with it.
Gone right off of "special editions" since they don't seem to really offer that much. Maybe I'm just being a tight ***ed Brit but these seem to be more suitable for the US market than ours. Although the Ezio figure on one of the Assassin's Creed spec ed's was pretty darned tempting.
This one is the game not to miss. Will be buying it for PC.
Finally something to get excited about. I believe that new rig I've been promising myself for a while may just come in to existence in the near future
Seems quite unique as a FPS!
Great statue :O
I want the game. The collectors is a little steep but may pre-order to get it. The vids look great. In a way it reminds me of Planetside 2.
I think it's funny that people are calling it unique. Certainly it's taking gameplay elements that haven't been done for a while, but beyond the facts of "they're mechs" and "Fast double jump" it's another arena based shooter with vehicles; not all that different from most FPS's, with the exception it appears to be done well.
...Is that the huge revelation? A release that's not going to be fatally flawed? (It's EA, so I doubt it)
Man I remember when I first saw this being shown at E3.
My jaw was dropped. It looks great.
