We have been in talks with Dwood for over a year. He was compensated for his reference and design. He gave us NZXT his blessing on the bracket.

So there was no spying or anything of that sorts.

Which explains why dwood's brackets disappeared off the market... glad I got mine early, though these prices are still reasonable I guess...
