That's what I thought. When I was leaving Orange earlier this year (August) they asked where I was going, told them Three and the guy said that they "used Orange's network anyway". So either they do use Orange for something, or the Orange CS people are clueless.

EE, T-Mobile, Orange and Three all use the same Radio Access Network.
