I am currently about to start my first build.

I don't think I can speak for anyone else here as I know a lot of people are going mini-ITX but I've gone with a mammoth 900D

I currently just swapped my entire Rig to the new XFX Bravo Type-01, previously I used the Cooler Master HAF XB, it's not the most rugged case I have ever owned but I really like the design style, it's quiet, cool and hopefully XFX will start putting a few more options out in the market.

Fractal R2 Define. Good, but boring as hell and too big for my needs.

    NZXT Panzerbox

Excellent case, overwide so loads of space inside, huge fans, great airflow and all aluminium build. It's a bit older so it doesn't have any special designs for cable management though. And because the PSU is in a funny place it's hard to get at the PCI slots.

Silverstone sugo sg01 and a lian li g50.... great cases but need upgrading for better cooling of higher end components, mainly on the cpu and neither really support water cooling which I want to use

Now on on the look out for a decent smaller matx 'cube' replacement which can house higher end components with watercooling... the corsair air 240 was so close to being my next case but blew it when you could only use one rad with matx

NZXT Hades, solid case and was easy enough to build in. Weirdly I had to put the fans for the H100 on the outside of the case even though it said it would fit. The placement of the heatsinks on my mobo meant it just wouldn't quite go. Want to go with something smaller with a cleaner look next build. 250D or a Node, something like that.

Re: Features - QOTW: Which PC chassis do you use?

I recently put together a build in a Xigmatek Aquila microATX case.
It's an awesome case - I was really impressed how easy it was to build a high end single GFX rig in there.

It's got an i5 4670K at 4.4GHz, Noctua DH-14, Palit super jetstream GTX 780 (overclocked further) & a Cosair RM PSU, and there is a surprising amount of room. I also have some extra very quiet fans in there keeping things sweet.

I wanted a small portable case to take with me when I'm away during the week at work so I can game in the evenings. This fits that bill very nicely - one criticism is that it's not actually all that small. Just about small enough, though.

The only other thing that stops me giving this case 10/10 is the handles/bars across the bottom and top. If they had been made of metal, rather than plastic, it would be a TOP case without question. The first case I had was broken on receipt (the plastic handle had sheared off). The replacement is fine, but I worry about lifting it by those handles as they're not really that strong.

So it's a 9/10 - overall very very satisfied. A breeze to build a high end rig into a small case, and cooling was easily achieved. Much, MUCH better than the £200 Lian Li I have now as a secondary rig case. That thing is noisy, rickety and overall a poor case. The only plus side about the Lian Li is that it looks nice. Like Apple Macs, that's not enough for me to warrant spending my money on them, and I won't be buying Lian Li again for sure.

I will use a silverstone TJ08-e, once scan actually ships the rest of my system. So far it looks to be well constructed

I'm using two Phanteks Enthoo Primos, one white and the other black. Best case I've ever owned or used.

Had an original Antec 900, watercooled it. Decided I needed bigger, so went for a Silverstone TJ07. Now I'm sitting here looking at it thinking I would love a much smaller pc. Never satisfied. : / Next it'll be a mini case of some sort.

Re: Features - QOTW: Which PC chassis do you use?

I have been fairly happy with a NZXT Phantom-lots of room! However their fan controls and to some extent their fans are not in my opinion quality items and weak rubber grommets for cable guidance leave a lot to be desired. I had to do a bit of case rebuilding and replacement of hardware to get it to the satisfactory state it is now in. However it weighs as much as one of the new RN carriers when fitted out. I am definitely going for an aluminium case on my next build.

I have used the Silverstone TJ07 since 2008. Its always had custom water cooling fitted, its been thro 2 rebuilds and to date I still cant see me changing it for any other PC case. The TJ07 has been a pleasure to use.

Re: Features - QOTW: Which PC chassis do you use?

The first PC i had was built in an Antec 300. Luckily i didnt build this pc as id probably have hated it.

My current PC is built in a Corsair Vengeance C70.

Building in this was relatively easy. One gripe i have is the front dust filter which requires opening both side panels and removing the front to access. Other than that its a very sturdy case that im pretty happy with.
