As Conservatives always view unions exclusively as bad and barriers/threats to business which is always exclusively good, why do they not simply outlaw all trade unions?

Well put it this way, the UK has the most oppressive union laws in the world.

Yes I've heard this said often as well...which makes me think why not go the whole hog and ban outright for whatever reason they care to come up with. Thanks for responding Top_gun.
