Those aren't the requirements for dead rising I don't think. They're the requirements to have a similar experience to the XB1 version.

My educated guess would be PC requirement will be that similar to Dead rising 3 requirements.
CPU: Intel Core i3-3220 @ 3.30GHz or AMD FX-4100

It's been a while since I played GTA IV but I seem to recall quad cores way outperformed dual cores.

My memory is not was it was.

I don't think... Can't rememember how good it was TBH.
