Think you're both being a bit unfair - after all it was NVidia who started this latest round of Samsung bashing (unless they actually have a reasonable case this time*, in which case ... go green team!)
As for it being an "unspecified" complaint, there's plenty of info out there on the web about what Samsung's objecting to. But yes, it's another case of "tit for tat" filing.
By the way, interesting that some hick outfit is suing Asus, check out 337 Complaint: Wireless Devices, Including Mobile Phones and Tablets III
(* last time I checked, NVidia seemed to be claiming that they invented both the graphics processor and the mobile integrated cpu - which is pretty much false on both counts).
