Still issues in chrome i can not click submit. also Other in job titles is not there as i never find a Parts Interpreter in those things lol. Done the Survey twice now and can't submit in chrome

Edit:
After reading my original post below I realized that it must be my anti virus rather than a browser issue.
Kaspersky Anti-Banner was blocking the survey.

OP follows:
I give up.
Tried this on Firefox, Palemoon, Chrome, Internet Explorer and eventually Dolphin (ipad). Dolphin is the only one that showed me the actual questionnaire but after filling in I can't submit.
