Nice spec PC. The price is likely to be way above what it will cost to build yourself - depending on how much you value the ASUS case. But, like they said, it's for people who don't want to do it themselves. I think that instead they should make a starter kit that you still have to build yourself - they give you all the components and possibly some prepping (like pre-fitting CPU heat sink for those scared of thermal paste). At least then people afraid of building themselves could get a gentle introduction.
I think even prepping the cpu etc. is too much for some folk - personally I find it easy assembling everything the problems arise when it doesn't boot and you have to start fiddling about with components and bios to identify the fault.
Also the beauty of these bre-built systems is that the operating system and all drivers are installed which can also be half the battle for somebody not too technically minded ...
Nice spec, ugly case, no-name PSU, no idea on price, no idea how noisy. It could be good, bad or terrible. We need a review.
Don't care for the look but "M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 solid-state drive, DDR4 memory, and 10Gbit/s USB 3.1 Gen 2 connections" is nice stuff....
Seems rather contradictory.
A "chiclet" keyboard seems to not be the right accessory for a "gaming" PC in my view.
I personally am getting a bit sick of this need to have everything lit up with fancy lights.
Plus I think it is rather a stretch to call that Mayan inspired, since it looks rather too modern for that.
Price will be a big factor, and I just hope the form over function design isn't too detrimental to that.
