    That's exactly what I thought. Is this a GTX 960-970 equivalent?
    If so, then if its only salvation is if it's got a lower TDP and a good price.

    Indeed. A copy pasta from the manufacturer. The reference clock is 1000Mhz so an overclock of 10Mhz isn't really much either, just 1%. 3 fans for this card looks like overkill too considering the tiny OC.
