With reports that Amazon are banning users who have above average returns / item not received refunds, serial trial Prime users might be next to feel their wrath.

Still not interested. Prime delivery service just does not work up here. Out of around 10 items I ordered during a Prime trial only 2 arrived the next day. As for the tv side it's mostly stuff that doesn't interest me. The films are mostly ancient and the ones that aren't are a poor selection.

I'm not sure I comprehend the benefit of this pantry thing. As a Prime member, I get free next day delivery on quite a lot of products like that already e.g. washing powder and similar items. Some items are only eligible for the Prime delivery as 'add ons' so you have to make the order up to £20. But if you have to pay £2.99 delivery for a pantry box of items, the value of which is likely going to be more than £20 or else why would you really bother, then it would be cheaper not to use pantry and instead just have Prime delivery.

Maybe I am missing something here, but to me it seems like a way of introducing a delivery charge on a new range of products and adding a charge to purchasing products that would previously be delivered free as part of the Prime subscription. If that's the case, then it sucks big time and I shan't renew.

Amazing value, they've also recently added amazon music to the plan.

Amazon Prime is only good if you order consistently from them but for people who go there once in a while, it is pointless. Although, if you enjoy their shows then it might appeal to them but Netflix is improving consistently and more people prefer it.
