Xenon 2 - now there's a blast from the past. Personally if I was expending the energy for a remake of that, then I'd jump straight to the Amiga version - sounds way better! Actually some of the old Amiga and Atari ST titles would be worth a look - heck, with the gear we've got you probably could fit 'em on a smartphone or tablet!
It's not brilliant but the old Amiga game Sidewinder would be nice to re-acquaint myself with - game play was meh, but it had some really juicy explosion sound effects.
Would love a PC version of some of Yak's titles - especially the light synths like TripATron.
Career status: still enjoying my new career in DevOps, but it's keeping me busy...

I wish someone would do a decent updated port of Sensible World Of Soccer, so I'm delighted toi see John Hare;s announcement. Just paid my £12....
Sensible soccer was good, but World of got me through Uni and was probably the most sociable game I've ever known - we'd have game parties with 10+ people queuing to play in our Uni tournaments.
I'd like to see a port of the Spectrum versions of Myth and Exolon.
I love the idea of Turrican as a 3rd person, or even FPS.
I'm hoping GSC Game World will get to work on the second and third parts of the abandoned Heroes of Annihilated Empires triology once they release the inevitable cossacks and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. sequals.
Black and White and Creatures might be worth considering, the technology must be getting to the point where the Avatars/Norns can be a bit more characterful. Eidle eidle eee, eidle eidle eee.
On the subject of Creatures, more Spore would be nice. They should have gone down the Egosoft or Paradox route and just kept adding more complexity and richness to the game.

Oh never mind its still not for boxed editions...
Without guarantee it could work for gog editions, but I think boxed editions are completely out of luck due to the requirement of the CD during play.

I believe a remake of System Shock is in development. System Shock 2 was the first FPS and RPG I ever played on the PC. Having not played the former, I look forward to the oportunity to play a better looking version.
