I'll probably be upgrading my GPU's in next year and knowing that EVGA has a UK-based support centre is a BIG selling point for me!

Excellent news, I had to send my EVGA GTX970 off to their old centre in Europe and it wasn't cheap or quick(to post) but cannot fault the RMA process itself.
Unless its changed you do have to pay about £40 to extend it to 10 years.Quote:

If they can achieve the CS standard of their US counterparts then maybe it might be of use. If however, the CS is more akin to their German branch, then I'd give EVGA a wide berth.
I've had too much trouble in the past with them. Stock going to their US customers first, European customers made to wait months. The guys didn't want to RMA products that were already admitted to as faulty by EVGA US. I think it's best to wait and watch the forum fallout.
I had the opposite of that, when my card eventually arrived(grrr Royal Mail) I had a quick turnaround, within the day infact. Quick replies to emails and good service all round.
Glad to hear that Jon. I had real problems with them. There were several threads on their forums at one stage going thru the troubles Europeans had with EVGA GmbH. That was many moons ago now.
Seeing as I had spent a not insignificant amount of cash (flagship motherboard and gfx card) I had hoped for better service. I have not bought EVGA since and I don't think I could bring myself to do so again. Fool me once and all that.
asus already has a service centre, or so I thought. Since it took me only about 2 weeks to get nexus 7 RMA'd, repaired and back in post.Quote:

This is great news, this has tempted me to get EVGA for my next card, even if it is a little extra cost.
Pleased they've finally sorted it...the UK must sell a fair few cards for EVGA :D
