The end of March/start of April is going to be an interesting time with two HMDs arriving in quick succession. I'm almost hoping for PSVR to be delayed until autumn just to give me some xtra time! And to give my wallet a chance to recover before buying a PS4 and yet another HMD.
For the Rift: included is an extra padded seal (Oculus calls it the 'facial interface') with room for larger glasses between the lenses and your eyes and room at the sides oft he arms (smaller glasses will fit under the normal facepiece).
For the Vive: the facepiece is on an adjustment mechanism to cam be move 'out' to make extra room for glasses. It also has an extra foam piece with wider sides to accommodate the arms of your glasses.
I am enthusiastic about this, and am one of the ones who ordered in the first ten minutes, but I'm much more interested in the overall number of orders than the initial surge.
There are enough clock-watching VR fans who want to get their devices as soon as possible to get high numbers very early, but it's how well they sell as a whole which will affect the viability of room-scale VR.
