Not really sure why people are concerned about the power used in science... let alone a gigantic particle accelerator takes way more for an instance, as it is with everything, you start out insane to find out the problems and then one day you slap it all into a smartphone.

can it run crysis?....why not? it is a super computer not a microwave oven with a foundation similar to a snapdragon 808 coz its an RISC core desin. I just want to get benchmarks on how it performs against an i3-5005u core

It isn't as if china doesn't have past form for IP theft, this is only from 2013

More recent signs have been very encouraging however, it looks like they have turned over a new leaf

There's a lot, but not that many - I'm at southampton, and only 20% of students are foreign nationals, so the number of east asian students will be even lower than that. They tend to have very different fashion sense than UK residents, and do unusual things like walk around while video calling on their mobile phone or walking backwards, so I figure they're much more noticeable than most students. The mech eng course is overwhelmingly english, I think east asian students are mostly in business studies related courses - I knew a guy who was doing a masters in luxury brand management, which seemed to be an excuse to go on trips to luxury hotels & I'm sure will lead to a fantastically well paid job.
