During work hours I wear an antistatic wrist strap, outside of work usually nothing (unless I have left my wrist strap on!). But as I'm in Thailand on holiday I'm wearing a black wristband out of respect.

Garmin Fenix 3 HR, so it's a smart sports fitness tracker watch - pricey but I love it.

Re: QOTW: What do you wear on your wrist?

    Nothing.

I haven't worn a watch since mobile phones started displaying the time on the screen, and there isn't anything so pressing in my life that I cannot afford the three seconds it takes to remove it from my pocket and press a button. As far as I'm concerned, other than a few specialist use cases for wearing a watch, anything else is just pointless vanity and I don't have the time for that.

Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes; after that, who cares?! He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!
