Who do you buy from if not from Scan?
I do still buy from Scan, never had a Customer Service issue (one RMA) and they do the best deal on optical media with free Hexus shipping. Some of the stories do concern me, but remember they are written by angry people and are totally one-sided.Originally Posted by picotrain79

Would never ever buy from them again, god help anyone who has problems with a RMA.
Glad to see the mobile-first (I'm guessing) approach has wrecked the KB/M functionality of the site, or at least, made it worse.

They changed the logo to something bland!

Today only only has 7 items. There were plenty of items before FFS
The new site definitely needs some tweaks, my work laptop has a lowly 1366x768 display and some of the menus get cut off.
However, in the 10+ years I've been using Scan, their after sales service has never been anything less than exceptional.

Not a fan of the new site. Harder to get to what you want, harder to search and harder to view the range of items to scan through it. Ironic given the brand name...
Saw the TV ad. Interesting route to take.
Been trying to use the new website
Some things work ....some dont ..the view at the top doesn't show all the relavent information .pro, pro , pro ect
....not a fan of the new logo but hey ho
