I'd actually like the boost feature to be able to respond to the framerate changes as well as mouse movements, not sure if it does by the description. I hope it at least works with RIS so you don't notice it kicking in as much. The more features to make 4k playable with decent settings the better. I'll give it all a try with borderlands 3 an a 5700xt later.
Thanks AMD. Looks good so far. Lot more usable (And it wasn't too bad apart from wattman before). It autoclocked my 480 way past a 580 which is surprising (I have a Nitro+ and it stuck almost 100Mhz on top of that???). Not too sure on that feature yet. Only odd issue is it picks up Forza 4 (from game pass) and offers auto optimisations but nothing for outer worlds. Its not a big issue (As it runs at QHD high on my ageing machine anyway) but just odd its not offering me anything...
The game advisor's suggestions for tweaking settings seem a little generic. I seem to remember they used to have a button to click for what it deemed optimal settings per supported game.
Also, just had the driver crash on me and have no idea which new option screwed it up, so reset to gaming profile with no customizations for now
i have had no problems with it at the minute and my pc is about 2-3 years old
