2) develop dependency on office, teams to work and
3) their IT departments insist they are running windows10 for security reasons

I'm using Teams from home, but using the Linux client. Actually works quite well, only crashed on me once so far.
I'm sure if we had an IT dept I could nod and smile and say of course I am on Windows 10 and they would be none the wiser, such is the nature of the cloud
