Those three are roughly in the same price segment and there's a huge speed difference between the Samsung's A73 versus the A76s (Kryo 465 Gold is Qualcomm's A76 implementation).
Still, a 6,000mAh battery and extra large AMOLED is quite nice and with a decent amount of memory it should last a long time.

A slightly clickbait "investigation" by Forbes. If you ever own a Xiaomi/Redmi device,you will read in their T's and C's that they use telemetry in their apps to give information back to Xiaomi. Also in some markets,ie,India,they sell versions of the phones supported by ads,which are cheaper but these are not sold in the UK AFAIK,so possibly why they do this:

This only affects their own apps though. Also if you look at the devices tested they use MIUI,which is Android with a Xiaomi skin on top of it. There a few devices they sell which are Android One which is stock Android,and unlike some companies the bootloaders are not locked,and they tend to use standard Qualcomm chipsets,so you can use open source LineageOS,or your own distro on top.

However,the problem is Google itself uses extensive Telemetry as its business model,so this is why Google apps,Android,etc are free. If you are worried about Telemetry,etc iOS is more privacy focussed,but then you have the problem of the apps you run. Anything like Facebook,Discord or any of the social media,messaging apps and gaming platforms,have varying degrees of data being mined. For instance Discord and Epic games have been invested in by Tencent,and there is indications of data mining,etc on those platforms.
