    Only terms that are deemed to be legal can be legally binding. Should Epic, in good faith, believe the App Store terms are not legal they are 'entitled' to not abide by them. By raising the legal challenge Epic are formally declaring they believe the App Store Ts&Cs are illegal.
    it's interesting to see MS weigh in on Epic's side when they want to do exactly they same thing with the MS app store.

    How about all these tech companies start paying taxes on a per country basis? They all like argueing with each other,on who is ripping each other off,but like to tax dodge and cost countries lost tax revenues. Local companies OTH,can't compete as they are not large enough to use these mechanisms.

    because bullies always like to cry "it's not fair" while not seeing the irony, or feeling any sense of justice in the true meaning or wider situation.
