I just run my Corsair memory at XMP set speed of 3200. My board doesn;t seem to like OC much, struggle to do anything with my K series 7700
Like dylanlaw79, Corsair at XMP speed of 3200... mind you I'm not entirely certain how much more speed/how tight the timings will go with 64GB. In the main I just want my machine, which is less than eight months old, to run stable at this point in time.

Ludicrous speed! Well, if I win that tasty Hexus competition it will be..
XMP 3600mhz CL18, tightened timings to CL16
Xmp 3200 c16.
A JEDEC standard 3200 with ECC, so only CL22 but I can't feel any difference to the non ECC CL16 gaming ram I had before.
Had my first corrected error this week!
3200 c14
1866 with ECC
3000 Mhz with standard xmp boost
3600 CL16. I keep meaning to give the timings from Ryzen DRAM calculator another shot but keep putting it off due to tweaking timings being such a PITA.
GSkill Ripjaws V @ XMP 3200 Mhz CL14.
Well my memory are PC 3600.
But with the amount or RAM i have i can not use XMP, that go the way of the Dodo the second i passed over 32GB, so for now i run with this
