The only thing I saw was this specific blog - https://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/2021/05/18/lhr/, and the one directly involving the 3060 which kicked off the LHR. The addition of LHR labelling only applies to AIB cards, however all newly manufactured 3080 / 3070 / 3060Ti / 3060 cards are "limited" from late May.

So I'd assume the FE cards are also LHR. No mention of dual lines (LHR / non-LHR) being released from anything I've seen or read. The only outlier is the 3090. Also no mention of 3080Ti / 3070Ti, so until the reviews are in I'd assume nothing.

I wasn’t assuming anything, I have read stuff saying the FE cards will be nerfed and other stuff saying they won’t..

I'll reword, "I'm personally assuming nothing". Sorry.

Got any links to where you've read this, I'd be interested.

More graphics cards that (next to) nobody will be able to buy, never mind find one at MSRP.

I'm resigned to staying on my 980Ti and 1080p monitor for at least another generation, maybe two. I suppose it's a good thing that I've been losing interest in most AAA game series the last couple of years.

Re: Nvidia announces the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and 3070 Ti

It's perplexing to me that NVIDIA keeps announcing more flavors of cards I either can't source or can't afford. Why aren't these press releases relegated to the Bitcoin miner's monthly magazine or whatever trade media they read while laughing at regular consumers.
