About $700 over the last (nearly) 12 years according to mine, but that obviously doesn't count the majority of games gained via Humble Bundle (and to a lesser extent Humble Store) purchases.

EDIT: That's as 'OldSpend', so it'll actually be higher than that on Steam itself. I don't have a 'TotalSpend' part showing.

It's probably why my spend is across more than just one storefront. I know having multiple storefronts eats resources (which I don't notice with more RAM and a better CPU etc), but it's definitely better than having everything in the same basket so to speak.

I suppose really, the best way to go is to have a separate email address per game, different storefront account / user per game. That way any action is limited to one account, with the added benefit of being able to sell the game should you wish to (as it's more disposable that way). I do understand your concern though.
