The BBC, despite the fact that a lot people didn't roll in for word this morning (watching shakey cameras on the lunchtime news and incorrect VTs was quite amusing, I must say) they are still knocking out some news. It would seem that the fate of Microsoft's XBox 360, in Japan at least, may rest with the creator of the Final Fantasy series.[BBC News]Microsoft has turned to Mr Sakaguchi to help make the sorts of games that will ensure the 360 meets a better fate.
While the top-selling Xbox games in the US are shooting titles such as Halo, in Japan, the big hitters tend to be role-playing and adventure games.
