Conference Call: ATi Report Loss in Q3, Issue reduction for Q4 - and Delays.

Following their Q3 report, ATI held a conference call with their CEO. HEXUS reports on what was discussed.
Whilst sounding nervous, he is excited about Crossfire and R520, but we will not see R520 released until late summer (September). ATi plan to deliver a full family of cards in "Early Fall." He also stated that NVIDIA had a compelling prodcut in the form of 'dual graphics solution' but ATI were late to the market - and could not compete in this in Q2 and Q3.

If you were the 'glass half full' kind of person...

...you might want to note that we just finished the biggest Q3 in our history !

That means that more people than ever before chose ATI

    Aaaarrgghhh !!!

Did you see 'Are we there yet ?' with Ice Cube ?

He had them on his 4x4...

...oh boy do they redefine garish !!!

I think Dave was refering to the fact that I kept on getting drawn to the amazing feature of that report in that we just notched up our biggest Q3...

...but he thought I should be focused elsewhere

Surely you would prefer to sell less and make profit than more and make a loss? Meaning I know it is a way of buying market share but when ti comes to it - being in the black is far better than the red.
