Halo 3 being timed to clash with PS3 launch

In an interview in Time magazine, none other than Mr Microsoft, Bill Gates, revealed that they are planning to launch Halo 3 on the X360 as close as possible to Sony’s launch of the PS3.

Development of the game is already underway and some retailers are already taking orders for the game despite anyone knowing very much about it. Halo 2, though widely considered to be a vast improvement on the original Halo, was criticised for its abrupt ending, obviously designed to pave the way for a third game. This last instalment should see Master Chief finally finish off the Covenant and save mankind once and for all.

Pretty much, speaking of which, I spotted Tekken 5 in the shops.. Anyone else remember when Tekken 2 was the mutts nuts? In fact.. anyone remember when IK+ was the mutts nuts?

Gives me another excuse not to get the PS3!

But I am annoyed at the ending of Halo2.
